Are you searching for a running group in the Twin Cities for this spring?
With the Minneapolis/St. Paul Jeff Galloway Training Group, you’re not just joining a social running group. You’ll learn how to run injury free for life.
If you are a beginner runner and dreaming about your first 5k, we will take the fear and pain out of running.
Your age and ability do not matter. You can run with us injury free!
We offer an 8-week training program complete with one on one support as well as guided group runs for your pace. Our first group run is Saturday, March 9.
You will begin with a 15-minute run/walk/run interval and work your way to a continuous 50-minute run/walk/run interval. We will run the Minneapolis Get in Gear 5k race on April 27 and cross the finish line together! You can do this!

We’re going to run the Red, White & Boom! TC Half Marathon together as a group on July 4.
Train for this amazing race with us using Jeff Galloway’s Run/Walk/Run™ method.
Join us for our first group run on Saturday, March 16 for a 3-mile run. We will keep you motivated for the entire 16 weeks of training! You will be able to run 13.1 miles injury free! With our training group you will receive one on one support and guided group runs for your pace. Imagine training for a race with enough energy and momentum to finish strong with a PR!
